Hilley Properties Broker/Owner Tom Hilley has been selling real estate in Montana since 1992. For 30 years, integrity has defined his work ethic in every transaction. Tom has represented purchases and sales in commercial, residential, waterfront, ranch, farm, and land transactions.

Tom began his real estate career in Bigfork, Montana at Montana Real Estate Group. In 1999 he moved his family to Missoula and continued his real estate career at Lambros Real Estate. At Lambros Tom had the good fortune to learn from an amazing supervising broker. The supervising broker would mediate contentious problems between agents and clients with a calm demeanor that almost always ended in an acceptable solution for all parties.
In 2008 Tom ventured out with his own firm, Hilley Real Estate, focusing on large, complicated transactions, while continuing to represent his clients in every area of real estate.
In 2018 Tom joined Livewater Properties, a regional ranch, land, and recreational brokerage company based out of Jackson Hole WY. Livewater Properties is known for marketing and selling high end ranches and recreational properties. While working for Livewater he represented clients all over Montana. The deals were exciting and complicated. Livewater Properties is an amazing firm, and it was a pleasure collaborating with them; but Tom believed it was time to go back to being his own company.
